At Randstad, we are representing an International School in Kuantan, in search of a teacher for EFL/ESL. In which the schools offer International Curriculum (e.g IGCSE), with learners from Secondary school.

about the job

• Curriculum Planning & Development: Design and obtain approval for comprehensive lesson plans and learning materials that align with curriculum guidelines, integrating modern technology and teaching aids to enhance the learning process.

• Classroom Management & Instruction: Foster a safe, engaging, and conducive classroom atmosphere that ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

• Assessment & Reporting: Create, administer, and timely mark assessments and assignments to rigorously track progress, maintaining accurate records to report on development and results.

skills & experience required

• A Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field is typically required.
• At least 10 years in educational administration, from international school setting.
• Familiarity with international school accreditation processes and standards (e.g., Cambridge, IB) is an added advantage.
• Track record managing a team of around 40 staff
