• Implement marketing and recruitment strategies to drive enrolment growth at the University.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agents and school representatives, to attract prospect
• Advise learners on course options and provide guidance on studying
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of applications.
• Coordinate and support marketing initiatives in partnership with academic staff.

requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, admissions, or marketing, preferably in the higher education sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to meet recruitment targets and manage end-to-end application processes.
• Willingness to travel for recruitment events, school visits, and agent engagement.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems is an added advantage.
