about the job
- Source and secure new tenants that fit the mall’s vibe and target audience
- Handle lease renewals, negotiations, and related paperwork
- Build good relationships with current and potential tenants
- Keep an eye on retail trends and check out what competitors are doing
- Work closely with legal, finance, and operations teams for smooth lease processing and unit handovers
- Prepare leasing reports and keep tenant info up to date
- Support tenant fit-out and make sure everything follows mall guidelines
- Join in marketing and promo efforts to help tenants succeed and attract foot traffic
- Help with leasing budget planning, revenue tracking, and reporting
skills and experience required
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
- 1-3 years’ experience in mall/retail leasing or commercial property
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Experience in a shopping mall environment is a plus
