About the Job
This is a strategic role focused on expanding the company’s international footprint by developing new markets and securing export orders. As the Export Sales Manager – Stainless Steel Solutions, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building lasting customer relationships, and navigating international sales channels across diverse geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and penetrate new international markets
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to each region
- Build and manage strong relationships with overseas distributors, stockists, and direct buyers
- Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and quotations to closing and post-sales support
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market insights for management
- Represent the company at global exhibitions, trade shows, and client visits
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, documentation, and risk management protocols
Skills & Experience Required
- At least 7 years of export sales experience in the industrial manufacturing sector, preferably stainless steel
- Proven success in securing new international clients and opening markets
- Strong understanding of international trade practices, Incoterms, and export documentation
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage diverse stakeholders across regions
- Comfortable with frequent international travel
- Proficient in English; additional regional language skills are a plus
