In this role, you will be at the heart of the facility’s lifecycle from maintaining complex HVAC systems to ensuring the sterile integrity of world-class manufacturing cleanrooms.
The Impact You Will Make
You will be the guardian of operational excellence, ensuring that production never misses a beat:
Maintenance Strategy: Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans and fault diagnosis to achieve target Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Cleanroom Guardianship: Monitor critical parameters like temperature, humidity, and particles to ensure strict compliance with ISO 14644 and GMP standards.
System Management: Maintain and optimize essential infrastructure, including HVAC, pure water/gas systems, and ESD protection equipment.
Equipment Lifecycle: Lead technical upgrades, participate in the selection and installation of new machinery, and spearhead revalidation efforts.
Metrology & Troubleshooting: Manage the calibration of measuring instruments while providing rapid troubleshooting support to production to minimize downtime.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all operations meet rigorous ISO 13485 and FDA requirements while organizing emergency response drills.
What You Bring to the Team
We are looking for a hands-on technical lead who thrives on maintaining complex, regulated systems:
Educational Foundation: A degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering.
Proven Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in equipment management, specifically with practical experience in installation and commissioning.
Specialized Skillset: Deep familiarity with cleanroom HVAC systems, dust-free equipment, and ESD control technologies.
Regulatory Mindset: A strong understanding of ISO, GMP, and FDA requirements for clean manufacturing environments.
Analytical Approach: Data-driven problem-solving abilities and a mindset geared toward continuous improvemt.
Linguistic Versatility: Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin (Mandarin preferred) to facilitate technical communication.
