The F&B Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage outlets to ensure quality service, high standards, and a memorable guest experience. This role involves managing staff, optimising processes, controlling costs, and maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and profitability.
Job Description:
- Oversee daily operations across dining, kitchen, and bar areas
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and service meet brand standards
- Lead, train, and schedule staff to deliver top performance
- Manage costs, stock levels, and daily financials
- Handle customer feedback and maintain excellent service
- Ensure all operations follow health and safety regulations
- Prepare reports on sales and team performance
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, F&B, or related field
- 3–5 years of F&B experience, with some time in a management role
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Hands-on, proactive, and able to multitask under pressure
- Familiar with POS systems, stock control, and basic financials
