Key Responsibilities

• Expert On-Site Support: Provide technical and process application support for sputtering and evaporator equipment at customer manufacturing sites.

• Technical Problem Solving: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex hardware and process-related issues.

• International Liaison: Communicate with local support teams and project managers in Switzerland to ensure precise corrective actions.

• Strategic Reporting: Prepare structured technical reports (FAT, root cause analysis, and Open Issue Lists) for the Business Unit.

• Collaborative Leadership: Coordinate high-level teleconferences between customers and headquarters regarding Continuous Improvement Platform (CIP) activities.
