Randstad is partnering with a prestigious global luxury retail brand to hire a Retail Trainer to join the team. This person will play a key role in ensuring retail staff possess the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service and uphold the brand’s esteemed reputation.
You will need to:
- Conduct in-store training for retail teams, focusing on product knowledge, customer service excellence, sales techniques, and brand standards.
- Develop and deliver tailored training materials and programs to meet the needs of different stores and regions.
- Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, offering ongoing feedback and support to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Store Managers and other key stakeholders to identify training needs and provide skill enhancement opportunities.
- Monitor retail staff performance, coaching them to meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Keep up-to-date with product launches, trends, and industry developments to ensure training content remains relevant and aligned with the latest standards.
- Ensure all training materials align with brand values, guidelines and global directions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Trainer within retail function, preferably luxury/fashion retail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire teams.
