Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to join our Finance Division. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving financial planning and reporting excellence, supporting operational decision-making, and strengthening financial controls across assigned entities. You will lead financial functions, oversee performance, and contribute to achieving the company’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts in accordance with statutory and group requirements.
Conduct budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and performance reviews to support business decisions.
Monitor cash flow forecasting, working capital and profitability against budget and provide insightful financial commentary.
Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
Oversee tax estimates and submissions including SST and statutory reporting.
Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, company secretaries, solicitors and bankers.
Strengthen and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and mitigate financial risks.
Prepare and present finance reports and recommendations to senior management.
Lead and develop the finance team, fostering collaboration and excellence.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent preferred.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance roles, ideally within the property development or real estate sector.
Solid knowledge of full set accounts, management reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence across functions.
Familiarity with accounting systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
High level of integrity, professionalism and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
