Key Responsibilities
As our Finance Manager, you will be the backbone of our financial integrity and strategic planning:
Financial Strategy & Consolidation: Oversee the consolidation of group financials and ensure high-level reporting accuracy.
Operational Business Partnering: Work closely with operations to influence financial decision-making, providing robust analysis to challenge and support operational strategies.
ERP Leadership: Serve as the internal project lead for ERP system enhancements, working directly with external consultants to drive system efficiency.
Compliance & Governance: Manage complex tax and customs requirements to ensure full regulatory compliance.
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Provide direct guidance and training to a team of 3–4 staff members, fostering their development to elevate the department's collective capability.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for an experienced professional (ideally in your late 30s or 40s) with over 10 years of experience in the finance sector:
Industry Expertise: Proven experience within the manufacturing industry is essential.
Technical Proficiency: Strong background in consolidation of group financials and deep working knowledge of ERP systems.
Strategic Mindset: Ability to bridge the gap between finance and operations, with the confidence to challenge operational decisions based on financial data.
Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of tax and customs regulations.
Leadership Capabilities: A committed, patient leader who is passionate about training, developing, and mentoring junior team members.
