We are seeking a motivated and experienced Accountant to join our team within a leading multinational corporation (MNC) in the pharmaceutical industry. This role is ideal for a professional with a solid background in accounting and a desire to contribute to a dynamic, global organization. The role requires strong hands-on experience and proficiency with SAP.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Handle the budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with various departments to prepare and consolidate financial plans.
Prepare comprehensive financial reports and perform variance analysis to support management's decision-making.
Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and company policies.
Work closely with internal and external auditors to ensure a smooth and efficient audit process.
Support the implementation of process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and internal controls.
Qualifications
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Accountant.
Must have prior experience working in an MNC environment.
Strong, hands-on knowledge of full set accounting.
Experience with budgeting and forecasting.
Proficiency with SAP is a key requirement.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
