As an Application Support Engineer, you will be the first line of defense for our users, ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of our key business applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first and second-level technical support to internal and external users, diagnosing and resolving issues related to our software.
Monitor application performance, identify potential stability concerns, and escalate complex issues to senior developers or IT teams.
Document support procedures, solutions, and contribute to our internal knowledge base.
Assist in testing new application features and patches before they are deployed live.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely updates on issue resolution.
Candidate Requirements
Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field is mandatory.
Experience: No prior professional experience is required—this role is open to fresh graduates!
Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of databases (e.g., SQL) and operating systems is an advantage.
