- Collaborate with Group Executive Leadership and Business Unit heads to translate high-level business goals into distinct brand identities and competitive narratives.
- Serve as a senior brand consultant to Business Unit CEOs, providing expert counsel on messaging clarity and market differentiation.
- Direct and mentor a multidisciplinary internal agency comprising design, content, and multimedia professionals.
- Implement operational frameworks, including standardised SOPs, workflows, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Synthesize complex strategic briefs into compelling visual and multimedia assets.
- Coordinate and oversee external creative, production, and digital agencies to ensure synergistic output.
- Champion the adoption of Generative AI and advanced digital tools to accelerate ideation and production efficiency.
- Drive operational excellence by adopting advanced AI technologies to optimize ideation cycles and enhance the scalability of high-quality creative production.

- 10 to 15 years of proven experience in steering large-scale creative operations and brand strategy.
- A track record of leading diverse, high-performing teams across design, content, and multimedia production within a complex corporate environment.

- Deep expertise in managing high-stakes campaign rollouts, sophisticated brand design, and end-to-end production lifecycles.
