about the role
They are currently looking for a GM HR to join them. You will oversee all aspects of HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, HR policy development, and compliance. Your responsibilities include but not limited to:-
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives of the company.
- Lead the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent
- Oversee employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Develop and implement performance management systems to ensure continuous improvement and employee development.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees at all levels.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements.
- Foster a positive work culture that promotes employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
about the team/manager
You will be reporting directly to the , leading a team of 10 and supporting 1500 headcounts.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 10 years of relevant working experience. You are detailed and meticulous in executing tasks that are required, and also proactive and resourceful.
