We are currently partnering with a global MNC with operations across SEA. They are looking to hire a Group CFO to lead the financial strategy across multiple countries. This role will play a critical part in driving financial transformation, ensuring governance, and partnering closely with top leadership to support sustainable regional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy, planning, and performance across multi-entity regional operations
- Oversee group budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and consolidated reporting (IFRS/MFRS)
- Ensure tax jurisdiction and audit compliance in all operating markets
- Support M&A, fundraising, investor relations, and capital structuring
- Strengthen internal controls, financial governance, and systems automation
- Develop and mentor a high-performing regional finance team
Requirements
- Recognized accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW, CPA)
- MIA membership
- At least 5 years in a CFO or regional finance leadership role
- Proven experience in multi-entity operations
- Deep knowledge of IFRS/MFRS, tax compliance, transfer pricing, and cashflow management
- Strong financial modeling, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities
Preferred Attributes
- Exposure to complex ownership structures (e.g., PE, VC)
- Familiarity with cross-border payroll, EOR, or regional compliance frameworks is a plus
