Key Responsibilities

As Group Finance Manager (Consolidation & Group Reporting), you will:

Lead and manage the end-to-end group consolidation process, ensuring accurate and timely consolidated financial results for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles.
Prepare, review, and ensure compliance of consolidated financial statements in accordance with MFRS/IFRS and Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements (or relevant regulatory frameworks).
Coordinate with subsidiary finance teams on reporting, intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation, and adjustments.
Provide management reporting, variance analysis, and insightful commentary for senior leadership and Board papers.
Partner with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulators to support statutory audits and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA, CIMA, or equivalent preferred.
5+ years of relevant experience in group financial reporting, consolidation, and analysis—preferably within a public listed company environment.
Excellent analytical skills, high attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
