• Social Media & Content
  Manage and grow brand presence across social platforms (X, Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIn, etc.). Create and distribute content that is timely, relevant, and engaging.

  Plan and execute product and user campaigns from end-to-end, including coordination with internal stakeholders and partners.
  
  
• Content Production
  Write, design, and publish content for various touchpoints (e.g., newsletters, product announcements, social posts) while maintaining brand voice.
  
  
• Partnerships & Outreach
  Build relationships with industry partners, influencers, and communities to amplify brand messaging and expand audience reach.
  
  
• Performance Reporting & Optimization
  Track campaign metrics, analyze engagement, and run A/B tests. Use insights to optimize strategies and workflows.
  
  
• Market Research & Trendjacking
  Stay updated on crypto trends, user needs, and social media shifts to ensure relevance and real-time engagement.
  
  
• Project & Playbook Management
  Manage internal processes, document best practices, and contribute to playbook development for future team scaling.
  
  
• Mentorship & Freelance Oversight (Mid-Level only)
  Mentor junior marketers and manage freelancers or agencies to scale output effectively.
  
  

Requirements

For Executive Level

• 3–6 months of marketing internship or junior experience, ideally in digital, crypto, or fintech.
  
  
• Strong interest in social media, content creation, or digital P.R.
  
  
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Figma, Google Analytics, GSheets.
  
  

For Senior Executives

• 1–3 years of experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing.
  
  
• Proven ability to manage and grow marketing channels (e.g., content, social, influencer, email, or paid).
  
  
• Comfortable producing copy, coordinating cross-functional campaigns, and managing content pipelines.
  
  

For Both

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  
  
• Passion for crypto/blockchain/finance is a strong plus.
  
  
• High attention to detail and strong project ownership.
  
  
• Experience with HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, SQL, or automation tools is a plus.
