Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage range plans, product strategies, and seasonal buys to meet sales and margin targets.
- Handle end-to-end buying process including PO issuance, delivery planning, and supplier coordination.
- Track sales performance, monitor inventory levels, and analyse sell-through for optimisation.
- Source and evaluate potential brands/suppliers; develop exclusive products for margin improvement.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships and stay updated on market trends through regular surveys.
- Prepare, analyse, and update reports related to product, sales, stock levels, and supplier performance.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years in retail buying/merchandising, preferably fashion or sports background
- Strong analytic capability and leadership skills
