You will be working for a growing organization focused on building sustainable and scalable businesses. They are seeking a Head of Finance to lead the finance function, drive financial governance, and partner closely with senior management in shaping the company’s growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

• Act as a strategic finance partner to the CEO and senior leadership team, providing financial insights to support business decisions

• Develop and implement financial policies, internal controls, and governance frameworks

• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, tax, and audit requirements

• Manage treasury, banking relationships, and funding requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA, CIMA, or equivalent) is highly preferred

• Minimum 8 years of relevant finance experience,

• Strong background in financial management, statutory reporting, and taxation

• Commercially minded with strong business partnering capabilitiese
