10+ years of HR experience, ideally at senior leadership level
Deep understanding of Sarawak labour laws and local cultural nuances
Experience supporting business transformation or diversification
Strategic yet hands-on leadership style
Immediate availability preferred
- Must be able to be based in Kuching, Sarawak.
This role is open to West Malaysian candidates, however please keep in mind you will be required to relocate permanently to Kuching, Sarawak (visa and accommodation will be provided by the company).
