About the Role
As the Head of Marketing, you will lead the company’s end-to-end brand and marketing strategy. This role is ideal for a commercially sharp, digitally fluent leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for elevating brand identity, strengthening omnichannel marketing execution, and driving both online and offline campaign performance. You'll manage a growing team and play a key leadership role in aligning marketing initiatives with the brand's vision and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Shape and implement the overall brand marketing strategy across all channels (digital, offline, retail).
Develop a compelling brand identity that resonates with the modest fashion community.
Oversee seasonal campaigns, product launches, influencer collaborations, and festive collections.
Lead digital marketing initiatives including social media (especially TikTok), performance marketing (Meta, Google), email campaigns (Klaviyo), and SEO.
Drive content creation and brand storytelling across platforms, ensuring alignment in voice and visuals.
Strengthen omnichannel brand visibility across website, retail stores, pop-ups, and marketplaces.
Use data and analytics to optimize marketing performance, ROI, and consumer engagement.
Lead and mentor the marketing team; ensure strong collaboration with e-commerce and branding teams.
Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners for effective campaign execution.
Champion customer engagement through events, community-building initiatives, and pop-up activations.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in fashion, e-commerce, or lifestyle/FMCG.
Proven track record of building brand presence and driving growth via digital and offline channels.
Experience managing full-funnel campaigns and performance marketing tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Klaviyo).
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify.
Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Excellent written and visual communication abilities.
Strategic mindset with a willingness to be hands-on when needed.
