- Lead the operational agenda for the Asia division, driving consistency and excellence in service delivery and outcomes.
- Translate divisional strategy into effective operational capabilities that support business growth and profitability.
- Own the end-to-end operational capabilities, ensuring comprehensive support across all aspects of the business.
- Champion operational transformation through end-to-end process optimization, automation, and the adoption of advanced technologies.
- Serve as a catalyst for innovation, embedding digital capabilities, improving data quality, and aligning processes to Group enterprise architecture standards.
- Actively champion the adoption of emerging AI technologies to drive efficiency while effectively navigating associated risks.
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing divisional operations team with a global shared services mindset.
- Foster strong cross-functional relationships across the Group and Division, promoting a culture of collaboration, transparency, and shared accountability.
qualifications
- Degree-level qualification (or equivalent experience) in a relevant discipline
- Proven experience in financial services environment.
- Demonstrable success in leading strategic organizational change, with experience in Mergers & Acquisitions highly advantageous.
- Extensive awareness of the regulatory environment and requirements that impact an operating entity's activities.
- Experience operating effectively in a global environment and working with shared service models and international teams.
