• Designing a scalable, microservices-oriented architecture that can handle millions of transactions and integrate seamlessly with third-party partners (e.g., e-commerce platforms and digital wallets).
• Evaluating and selecting the right tools (Cloud, AI/ML, Data Lakes) to ensure the platform remains competitive and cost-efficient.
• Recruiting, mentoring, and retaining top-tier engineering talent, while fostering a high-performance culture of "agile" delivery.
• Implementing robust DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing to ensure that new features are released quickly without breaking existing systems.
