-Lead the selection, evaluation, and deployment of a new enterprise system to enhance operational efficiency and support the organization's long-term objectives.
-Manage internal stakeholders to define requirements, assess potential vendors, and choose the optimal solution.
-Supervise relationships with external consultants, vendors, and system integrators, guaranteeing successful project delivery within established scope, budget, and timelines.
-Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for IT transformation that aligns with overall business goals and long-term operational improvements.
-Ensure all IT transformation projects are effectively coordinated, aligning project timelines and objectives across different departments.
-Work with IT and business teams to guarantee the enterprise system integrates smoothly with existing infrastructure, point-of-sale (POS) systems, & other critical technologies.
-Lead a diverse project team, comprising IT professionals, business analysts, and consultants, to ensure the successful execution of the tech transformation.
-Provide ongoing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure team alignment with strategic goals and the successful completion of deliverables.
key requirements:
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
-Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT leadership roles, and digital transformation
-Demonstrated experience managing the process and selecting vendors, coupled with strong knowledge of enterprise applications, and integration strategies.
-Expertise in IT transformation, change management, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
-Excellent leadership, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
-Strong problem-solving abilities and a proven track record of driving organizational change and technology adoption.
