about the job
- Technical Leadership: Lead the design team for upstream water resources, including hydrology, hydraulic studies, and modeling works. The role also involves supporting downstream water distribution and water treatment projects , assisting in business plan development , and sourcing new projects.
- Operations Management: Manage resources to drive project efficiency and ensure profitability and timely completion. This includes leading the preparation of project plans, schedules, and budgets , and reviewing technical documents and designs.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Staff Development: Provide leadership and training to staff to help develop a strong talent pool. This position also involves promoting a knowledge-sharing culture and participating in technical forums and seminars.
skills & experience required
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
- Registered Professional Engineer, PEPC holder will have an advantage
- At least 15+ years of experience in similar consultancy background
- Well versed with hydrology and hydrdraulic modelling
- Proficient in GIS tools and specialized software such as MIKE, HEC-RAS, etc
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
