about the role
They are currently looking for a HR Admin Executive to join the team in response to their growth. The role involves overseeing day-to-day HR operations and office administration tasks. This position requires attention to detail and the capability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:-
- Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required.
- Assist in payroll processing and related tasks.
- Oversee general office operations, including managing office supplies and equipment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and communications.
about the manager and team
You will be reporting directly to the General Manager, working as an individual contributor.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience. You have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Is that you?
