You will be responsible for overall business partnering functions, which provide strategic and tactical consulting and support on people and organisation related matters, in support of the business objectives. Your responsibilities include but not limited to the following areas:-

- Talent Management
- Learning & Development
- Performance Management
- Culture and Engagement.
- Business Partnering
- HR projects and other HR related roles
about the manager/team
Reporting to the CPO, you will be a sole contributor, working closely with other HRBP team members.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 7 years of relevant experience. You have strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.good communication, collaboration skills, ability to work independently as well as in a team, and a sense of urgency and ability to prioritise.
