You will report to the HR Manager and primarily work as a sole contributor.
about the role
You will work an end-to-end HR generalist and admin role, as follows:
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding & offboarding and ensure all the necessary documentations are in proper order.
- Keep track of staff accommodations’ rental agreements & renewal.
- Keep track of staff contract expiry and ensure contract renewal on timely manner.
- Maintain systematic HR data and records including e-P files.
- Manage employee benefit programs, including insurance, leave, etc.
skills and experience
You will come with 3 - 5 years of working experience as an HR generalist. Familiarity with recruitment and compensation & benefits is an added advantage.
