Bachelor’s degree in any field.
10–12 years of experience in HR Business Partnering roles within large or complex organizations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence effectively.
Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments, particularly with operational or technical teams.
Background in HR transformation or change initiatives is a plus.
Open to being based at a remote site location (Perak, Malaysia).
