HR Manager (Generalist)
We're looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our client's company. This is a generalist role overseeing all human resources functions. A preferred candidate would be somoene with prior experience in the engineering, construction, or a related technical industry to understand our unique workforce needs.
Responsibilities:
Talent Management: Lead recruitment, hiring, and onboarding for engineering talent.
Employee Relations: Manage employee issues, mediate conflicts, and support performance management.
Compensation: Administer competitive compensation and benefits, including payroll.
Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
Training: Identify and organize development programs for technical and administrative staff.
- Foreign worker management + Blue Collar worker experience is a must.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
Proven HR Generalist or Manager experience.
Bonus is prior experience in the engineering or a related technical industry.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
