As a key member of the Finance team, you will be responsible for managing core financial processes and providing critical strategic support:
AP & AR Ownership: Oversee the complete Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions. This includes ensuring timely vendor payments, accurate customer payment application, maintaining meticulous records, and initiating collections activities.
Cash Flow & Forecasting: Take the lead on cash flow management, preparing weekly forecasts, monitoring cash balances, and recommending strategies to optimize liquidity. You will actively participate in weekly forecasting activities to support business stability.
Month-End & Reporting: Drive the month-end closing process, including performing bank reconciliations and preparing necessary journal entries. You will assist in the preparation and analysis of management reports, providing insightful commentary and explanations for financial results.
Intercompany Reconciliation: Perform and resolve monthly intercompany account reconciliations, coordinating with other departments and regional entities to ensure timely resolution of all discrepancies.
Audit & Compliance Support: Act as a key liaison with external parties (auditors, tax agents, government bodies). You will prepare schedules and documentation to assist with internal and external audit requests and statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance (including e-invoice submission).
Process Improvement: Look for ways to contribute to process improvements within the finance department, ensuring high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Minimum of 3–4 years of financial experience, preferably gained in multinational corporations.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (experience with NetSuite is a plus) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Core Competencies: Strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Mindset: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Advantageous Experience: Prior experience with cash flow management, forecasting, and supporting audits/tax processes is a strong advantage.
