Randstad is partnering with a global advertising and marketing MNC with strong presence in APAC region. We are looking for a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join the expanding team, and be the strategic finance partner for our high-growth APAC markets.
About the Role
This is a pivotal, hands-on role where you will be responsible for the communication of financial analysis, client profitability analysis, financial planning, and consolidation across the APAC region. You will directly influence data-driven decisions and growth strategies for senior finance and business leadership.
What You Will Be Doing:
Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Lead short- and longer-term financial planning processes across all APAC markets, including forecasting, reporting, and in-depth monthly metrics analysis and tracking.
Performance Analysis: Analyze and communicate key drivers behind forecast variances in each market segment. Provide insightful recommendations and data to support critical business decisions and strategies.
Metric Development: Create and apply metrics and trends to rigorously monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts, working with market leads to align performance with targets and growth strategies.
Consolidation & Compliance: Collaborate closely with regional finance leads to ensure the timely submission of monthly closing results, rolling forecasts, and budgets.
Process Excellence: Develop and maintain all FP&A reporting procedures and deliverables documentation, ensuring consistency in financial information recording across the region.
Requirements:
Proven 4 - 7 years of experience in a senior FP&A, financial analysis, or similar strategic finance role, preferably within a multinational or creative/technology environment.
Expertise in financial planning processes, forecasting, and detailed financial modeling.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, compelling business communication for non-finance stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams while driving initiatives independently.
