We are currently looking for a Industrial Engineering Manager for a leading player in the Industrial Machinery Manufacturing Industry for their expansion. This company has a legacy of more than 50 years in the Malaysia. This position requires your urgent attention.

the role
Lead and manage the Industrial Engineering team to optimize factory layout, manpower utilization, and process flow.
Analyze production processes and implement improvements that increase productivity and reduce costs.
Drive lean manufacturing initiatives, such as Kaizen, 5S, SMED, and Value Stream Mapping across all production lines.
Develop time studies, line balancing, and standard work procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Coordinate with Production, Process Engineering, and Maintenance teams to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
Conduct capacity analysis and production planning to support new product introductions and volume ramp-ups.
Identify and evaluate automation and cost-saving opportunities through work measurement and method studies.
Monitor and control manufacturing KPIs (OEE, cycle time, takt time, etc.) and implement corrective actions as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement and quality assurance.
Provide technical and strategic leadership to the IE team, ensuring alignment with business goals.
the experience
- Bachelor’s degree inr elevant discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
- Proficiency in Mandarin as this role requires to to serve a lot of Mandarin-speaking clients.
