Are you strong in design sense and conceptualisation? Or perhaps you're good at 3D Designing & have led a team before? We're looking for Intermediate to Senior Interior Designers with experience in Corporate Office, Retail OR FnB projects (or if you've done all of the above):

Lead complex interior design projects, from concept development to execution, ensuring design vision is translated into stunning, functional spaces.
Mentor and guide junior designers, providing expertise, constructive feedback, and fostering a collaborative design environment.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and brand identity, translating them into compelling design concepts.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget constraints.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging materials, and innovative design techniques to consistently deliver strong conceptual and imperatively designs.

about the requirements

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
For Intermediate: min of 3-5 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record of leading and managing projects.
For Senior: min 6 year of experience in either corporate office, retail or FnB projects.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful interior design projects, including office spaces.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
Resume should include the list of projects you've done before.
Proficient in Mandarin would be a plus point.
Strong in conceptualisation and design sense.
