As an IT Application Operations Engineer, you will be the backbone of the company’s global business systems. This is a high-impact, Level 1 and Level 2 support role focused on maintaining system resilience and ensuring "always-on" availability for overseas environments.
Key Objectives:
Incident Leadership: You won’t just fix bugs; you will lead fault diagnosis and resolution for major application failures.
