Coordinate with vendors and support procurement and asset management

At least 5 - 8 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure environment
Proven experience managing and leading a technical support team
Strong experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux (deployment, patching, firewalls)
Experience with DLP, endpoint/asset management, and MDM platforms
Proficiency with IT ticketing systems
