As the IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for communicating the best practices for project delivery standards within the existing project team. Your role requires you to build the team from scratch while constantly coming up with ways for continuous improvement. Having a strong foundation in Project methodologies and tools will be largely beneficial for the success of position.
