• Execute routine updates, monitor antivirus/backups, and assist with basic firewall and VPN configurations.
• Handle user account lifecycles (onboarding/offboarding), maintain asset inventories, and manage equipment procurement.

• Good understanding of PC hardware components and troubleshooting.
