This is a highly specialized role for a JSM Workflow Developer responsible for designing, developing, and deploying custom workflows and integrations within Atlassian Jira Service Management (JSM).
The primary goal is to deliver efficient, maintainable, and scalable workflow solutions that enhance IT service processes and the overall user experience.
Key technical requirements include strong proficiency in TypeScript, experience with RESTful APIs and webhooks, and a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
