Job Description:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts under the Petrol Marts and Convenience Channels.
- Create and run strategic account plans to drive sales growth, increase market share, and achieve revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance, to develop tailored solutions and initiatives for key accounts.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders to assess performance, identify opportunities, and address obstacles.
- Deconstruct market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive activity to identify new business opportunities and drive innovation.
Job Requirements:
- Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in Key Account Management within the FMCG sector
- Added advantage if possess experience in managing Petrol Marts and Convenience Stores.
