- Manage and grow Industrial Key Accounts nationwide by driving B2B sales of premium margarine, lamination fats, UHT non-dairy creams, plant-based drinks, and chocolate/compound products.
- Partner closely with customers' R&D and production teams on product trials and cost-optimization projects, identifying strategic opportunities to substitute competitors' ingredients with bespoke solutions.
- Lead end-to-end commercial negotiations on pricing, contracts, annual agreements, and credit terms while managing account receivables and ensuring healthy collections.
- Monitor raw material market trends (e.g., palm oil, cocoa, dairy substitutes) to align pricing strategies, ensure strict margin control, and accurately forecast sales demand.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Technical, QA, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth supply and high levels of customer satisfaction.
the experience
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the FMCG food ingredients, baking ingredients, or related industry.
- Experience dealing with Chocolate, Margarine, Fats, UHT, or Plant-based ingredients is highly desirable.
- Independent and data-driven individual with strong communication skills.
