• Project Management: Execute landscape enhancement and beautification projects, collaborating with consultants and nurseries to ensure sustainable and cost-efficient designs.

• Tender Bidding: Manage the end-to-end bidding process, including site evaluations, technical proposals, and the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs).

• Workforce & Safety: Supervise worker productivity and discipline while enforcing OSHA compliance through regular toolbox briefings and safety training.

• Resource Management: Control inventory for plants and materials while ensuring all machinery, vehicles, and equipment are properly maintained and serviced.
