key responsibilities:

• Architecture & Development: Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable back-end services using Java/J2EE and Spring Boot.

• Domain Ownership: Take charge of the KYC or Authentication modules, ensuring seamless user verification and secure access management.

• Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct high-standard code reviews, and advocate for best practices in a CI/CD environment.

• Security & Compliance: Work closely with security teams to implement OAuth2, OpenID Connect, or Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to meet financial regulatory standards.

• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Product Managers and Compliance officers to translate complex financial regulations into technical requirements.

requirements:

• Core Tech: 4+ years of professional experience with Java (8+) and J2EE technologies.

• Microservices: Proven track record of building and deploying Spring Boot microservices in a distributed environment.

• Industry Context: Mandatory experience working within the Financial Industry, with a deep understanding of transactional integrity and data privacy.

• Security Expertise: Hands-on experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM), authentication frameworks, and KYC workflow integration.

• Databases: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/Oracle) and NoSQL solutions.

nice to haves:

• Frontend: Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, specifically React or Angular, to assist with full-stack visibility.

• Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP (specifically Lambda, EC2, or Kubernetes).

• Messaging: Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other message brokers for asynchronous processing.
