- Research, connect and bring in art & cultural tenants, creative startups and unique concepts that are not commonly found in the market.
- Serve as the main point of contact between tenants and management to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Position the mall as a unique creative community mall rather than a general retail mall, prioritizing cultural curation over mass-market commerce.
- Implement strategies for the leasing department to achieve the mall's leasing targets and occupancy goals.
- Oversee the negotiation and execution of lease agreements and other contracts, ensuring adherence to legal standards.
- Develop leasing budgets, revenue forecasts, and expense controls to optimize the financial performance of the mall.
skills and experience required
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management, Business, Arts, Design, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- Passion in artisan market curation.
- Connections with art and cultural vendors, creative communities, or independent brands will be an advantage.
- Driven, ambitious, and proactive character
- Strong communication skills and leadership qualities.
