- Implement strategic initiatives to achieve defined leasing targets and occupancy goals.
- Source high-quality tenants in strict alignment with established tenant-mix planning.
- Build and maintain rapport with tenants, stakeholders, agents, and key business partners.
- Liaise with relevant authorities regarding permits, insurance, and licenses for property operations, maintenance, security, and safety.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to promote vacant units and enhance property visibility.
- Oversee the negotiation and execution of lease agreements and contracts, ensuring full adherence to legal and company standards.
- Prepare regular leasing reports and performance analytics for management review.
- Develop leasing budgets and revenue forecasts while managing expense controls to optimize overall financial performance.
skills and experience required
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years’ experience in commercial leasing
- Retail/Office experience is preferred.
- Driven, ambitious, and proactive character with a result-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
