About the Job
1. Logistics Analyst (Lead & Executive levels) – Klang Valley (FMCG)
- The Role: Transform raw data into insights to optimize supply chain routes and reduce lead times.
- Requirements: Strong proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and advanced Excel. Experience in demand forecasting and logistics cost modeling within the FMCG sector is highly preferred.
2. Head of Logistics – Sabah (F&B/FMCG)
- The Role: A senior leadership position reporting to the COO/CEO. You will oversee the entire regional distribution network, ensuring timely delivery of sales orders to designated drop points across East Malaysia.
- Key Focus: Managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers, transporters, and freight forwarders while ensuring compliance with local Malaysian regulations.
3. Logistics Manager – Klang Valley (F&B FMCG)
- The Role: Responsible for planning, implementing, and controlling the efficient flow of timely delivery services. You will lead a diverse team including executives, drivers, and general workers.
- Key Focus: Optimizing delivery routes, monitoring vehicle maintenance/fuel usage, and managing logistics budgets and KPIs.
- Criteria: Minimum 8–10 years of experience with at least 3–5 years in a managerial capacity.
4. Warehouse Admin – Johor Bahru (Engineering)
- The Role: Support the engineering spare parts department with meticulous documentation and inventory control
- Key Focus: Overseeing delivery orders, invoices, and transport documents. You will ensure accurate record-keeping and coordinate closely with the Finance and Operations teams.
About the Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Proven problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent stakeholder management skills to coordinate between Sales, Purchasing, and Finance departments.
- Compliance: Familiarity with Malaysian local regulations, SOPs, and safety procedures.
