About the jobs
1. Logistics Manager – FMCG (F&B) | Johor Bahru
Focus: Managing high-velocity inventory and temperature-controlled supply chains.
Key Tasks: Oversee end-to-end logistics (inbound/outbound), FEFO inventory management, and 3PL performance.
Requirements: 5+ years in FMCG/Food manufacturing; import & export control, people management.
2. Branch Manager – Freight Forwarding | Johor Bahru
Focus: Full P&L responsibility for the JB branch, focusing on cross-border (Singapore-Malaysia) trade.
Key Tasks: Lead sales and operations teams, manage customs brokerage/clearance, and drive revenue growth in Sea/Air/Land freight.
Requirements: 8+ years in Freight Forwarding; proven track record in P&L management and stakeholder relations.
3. Logistics Manager – Freight Forwarding | Klang Valley / Regional
Focus: Operational excellence and freight solution design.
Key Tasks: Optimize carrier networks, manage complex international shipments, and lead digital transformation within the logistics department.
Requirements: Solid background in global forwarding, Incoterms, and large-scale project cargo management.
4. Distribution Center (DC) Manager – Healthcare | Penang
Focus: Quality-driven warehouse management for medical devices/pharmaceuticals.
Key Tasks: Ensure GDPMD/ISO compliance, manage large-scale warehouse teams, and optimize Last-Mile delivery for healthcare providers.
Requirements: 10+ years in DC operations; experience in a regulated industry (Healthcare/Medical) is essential.
Requirements
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or equivalent.
Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
