The Opportunities
1. Senior Warehouse Manager (3PL)
The Focus: Full P&L ownership and strategic leadership of high-volume bonded warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities: Drive financial performance, oversee customs compliance, and manage end-to-end warehouse and trucking productivity.
Requirements: 10–15 years of experience in bonded/logistics operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
2. Supply Chain Manager (Logistics & Warehouse)
The Focus: Strategic oversight of the entire national supply chain spectrum, from production planning to final delivery, mainly on logistics and warehousing.
Key Responsibilities: Lead S&&OP processes, align manufacturing schedules with demand, and champion digital transformation via SAP.
Requirements: 10–15 years of relevant experience within the Food Processing or FMCG industry.
3. Logistics & Operations Executive (Cold Chain)
The Focus: On-site operational management of third-party cold and frozen storage facilities.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor strict temperature standards, manage inventory via FIFO/FEFO, and handle stock reconciliation.
Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in cold-chain distribution.
Skills & Experience Required
While each role varies in seniority, we are looking for candidates who demonstrate:
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), SAP, or inventory governance.
Operational Discipline: A data-driven mindset focused on continuous improvement and KPI achievement.
Communication: Ability to articulate complex ideas to both operational and non-operational audiences.
Education: Relevant qualifications ranging from Diploma to Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business.
