• Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors — reviewing scopes, technical specs, and material lists to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Lead and support the development of a multidisciplinary technical team, promoting a collaborative and improvement-driven work culture.

skills/requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Over 8 years of hands-on experience in the design and engineering of solar PV systems.
• Strong technical foundation in solar PV systems, electrical design principles, and engineering standards. Familiarity with testing, commissioning, and SCADA systems is beneficial.
• Proficient in software such as AutoCAD, PVsyst etc.
• Significant exposure to utility-scale solar PV construction environments, with a solid understanding of on-site processes and layout planning.
• Proven ability to manage and negotiate contracts, assess risks, and ensure cost control throughout project lifecycles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• A demonstrated track record of leading large-scale solar PV projects.
