Maintenance & Compliance: Establish and update comprehensive preventive maintenance programs in line with ISO 9001 standards and monitor their execution.
Project & Facility Management: Plan and coordinate the implementation of new projects and machine installations, ensuring all equipment is prepared for commissioning and meets regulatory requirements.
Technical Leadership: Lead the design and fabrication of machine facilities to enhance safety and cost-effectiveness.
Performance Monitoring: Review technician and machine performance regularly, including daily checklists and equipment status, to highlight and resolve discrepancies.
Resource & Budget Control: Manage the procurement of spare parts within budgetary constraints and ensure the reliable, cost-effective operation of plant utilities.
Team Development: Recruit, nurture, and train a high-performance technical team, fostering a culture that reflects the company’s core values and vision.
Strategic Reporting: Provide timely and accurate operational reports to senior management and participate in troubleshooting factory facility issues.
Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the electrical or heavy industry sector.
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with government regulations, factory safety measures, and industrial compliance standards.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experienced with SAP Systems.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and management abilities with a proactive, result-oriented mindset.
